The
International Voice is an entirely youth-run newsmagazine dedicated to
increasing awareness in human rights issues among teenagers from across
the globe. The newsmagazine was founded in 2004 by David Benjamin, a
then-high school junior. We, here at The International Voice, do not
seek to lay judgment on the actions of governments or organizations.
Rather, we seek to show the many sides to a story instead of simply one
viewpoint.
From
an initial readership of a dozen teenagers, the newsmagazine currently
finds readership in over 50 countries in 6 continents, including:
Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Benin, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, China,
Colombia, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Egypt, England, Ethiopia,
Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong,
Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica,
Japan, Liberia, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco,
Mozambique, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Norway,
Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore,
Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Taiwan, United
Arab Emirates, United States, and Zimbabwe.
